A coupon from MyPublisher.com inspired me to put together a printed copy of my winter photos. I put them together with my essay “I Miss Winter” to create a photographic essay about winter. I received such positive feedback about the book that I decided create a professionally designed and printed photography coffee table book with the images that you see here along with a second essay and a descriptive index of images.
Check out Art of Winter by Julie McKay Covert. This photo gallery contains all the same images, but does not display the layout and grouping that so many people are praising.
If you’d like a copy of the book contact me directly at Julie@JulieMcKay.net. And if you’d like a print of any of these images please let me know and we’ll get one ordered for you.

Julie, I love your photos. I too, am a photographer and use many of my photos on my blog. Winter is my favorite time of year, though this year, we are really getting hammered here in Alaska.
Thanks Monica. It wasn’t until I moved here that I fell in love with winter. My sis-in-law lives in Anchorage and gives us updates on all the snow.
